Alex Reszelska is a writer and narrative strategist who helps individuals and organisations shape ideas into stories that resonate beyond the page. Drawing on her background in journalism and cultural analysis, she specialises in research translation, thought leadership and editorial storytelling that connects big ideas with human experience. Polish-born, Oxford-educated and now firmly rooted in Australia, Alex has spent over a decade writing stories that connect and inspire. A trained Japanologist, she began her career in journalism and has interviewed leading thinkers including Alain de Botton, Francis Fukuyama and Jonathan Haidt. Her work has appeared in The Sydney Morning Herald, Vogue, Newsweek, Mindful Parenting and Matters Journal, covering health, lifestyle, parenting, higher education, technology and fashion/beauty. She has also collaborated with TEDx, the Sydney Opera House and the University of Wollongong on editorial strategy, thought leadership, media relations and long-form storytelling.
Alex has lived in Warsaw, London, Nagoya and Sydney, experiences that continue to shape her curiosity about culture, meaning and how we create lives that feel rich, thoughtful and worth living. She is now based on the NSW South Coast.
