Emma Lang
Emma is a specialist in government and media relations for Australian charities and social justice advocates driving national campaigns to raise awareness, clarity and lasting policy change.
In 2013, she worked with national peak bodies in Canberra to advocate for pokies reform, energy affordability, and the right to advocate under the Australian Charities Act before joining Charities Aid Foundation to progress corporate and structured giving in Australia.
Working with some of Australia’s most trusted organisations including Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, UNICEF Australia, Diversity Council for Australia, Uniting Care and Transparency International Australia, Emma brings a wide-sector lens to her work and ability to straddle the breadth of channels for targeted system change.
She is a board member for South Australia-based family violence memorial organisation, Spirit of Woman, and passionate about authentic conversations and moving at the speed of trust.
